Introduction
This comparison pits three generations of Dreame robots that represent the evolution of their most advanced technology. The Dreame L50s Pro Ultra arrives in 2026 as a renewed proposition, whilst the Dreame X50 Ultra Blanca was launched in 2025 as a flagship reference. The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra, presented in May 2026, represents the brand's most ambitious leap with significant improvements across several technical areas.
All three models incorporate a complete multifunction base with auto-emptying, mop washing and drying. However, differences in power, navigation and mopping capability define distinct usage profiles. Understanding these variations is essential to making the right choice according to home type and specific needs.
Power and Suction
The most striking difference lies in suction power. The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra leads with 42,000 Pa, a figure that practically doubles the 20,000 Pa of the X50 Ultra Blanca. The L50s Pro Ultra sits in the middle ground with 30,000 Pa. In practice, this translates to greater capability for vacuuming thick carpets, embedded pet hair or dirt stuck in tile joints.
All three feature dual HyperStream brush, Dreame's anti-tangle system that minimises the accumulation of long hairs. This brush lifts automatically during mopping to avoid dirtying the freshly wetted floor. The side brush can also lift and features anti-tangle technology on all three models.
All include an extendable side brush to improve corner cleaning. The X60 Pro Ultra goes further with enhanced extension and adds a specific skirting brush, absent on the other two. This function allows better cleaning of the junction between wall and floor, an area where dust tends to accumulate.
Mopping
The mopping system uses two rotating mops on all three robots. All can extend to better reach edges, although the X60 Pro Ultra incorporates enhanced extension. All three models integrate the Roboswing system, which allows the robot to make lateral movements to introduce the mops under furniture or overhangs.
Mop lift marks a substantial difference. Whilst the L50s Pro Ultra and X50 Ultra Blanca lift the mops 10.5 mm, the X60 Pro Ultra doubles this capability with 21.5 mm. This is especially useful in homes with carpets or rugs of certain thickness, as the robot can pass over them without wetting the textile surface.
The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra introduces mopping with hot water at 80°C, a feature absent on the other two models which mop with cold water. Hot water improves the dissolution of grease and stuck-on stains, especially in kitchens or high-traffic areas.
All three detect dirt both on the mops and on the floor, automatically adjusting mopping intensity or repeating very dirty areas. All can remove the mops at the base to perform vacuum-only sessions without wetting the floor.
Navigation System
The L50s Pro Ultra has a traditional LiDAR turret that protrudes from the robot body. The X50 Ultra Blanca and X60 Pro Ultra incorporate retractable LiDAR, which hides inside the chassis reducing the total height of the appliance. This design allows access under lower furniture.
All three feature dual camera with artificial intelligence. The X60 Pro Ultra specifies that they are dual-lens RGB cameras, which improves object recognition and precision in low-light conditions. The number of recognised obstacles varies: 320 on the X60 Pro Ultra, 220 on the L50s Pro Ultra and 200 on the X50 Ultra Blanca. More identified objects means lower probability of getting stuck or dragging items it shouldn't.
All incorporate front 3D laser sensor, pet recognition, curtain detection, LED for night vision and remote camera access from the app. The CleanGenius intelligent cleaning system is present on all three models, adjusting parameters according to the type of dirt detected.
Autonomy and Battery
The Dreame L50s Pro Ultra features a 5,200 mAh battery, whilst the X50 Ultra Blanca and X60 Pro Ultra have 6,400 mAh. This difference is noticeable in large homes or those with many rooms, where the extra autonomy allows completing cleaning without intermediate recharges.
The X50 Ultra Blanca specifies 180 minutes of autonomy. The X60 Pro Ultra mentions Power Master technology, although it doesn't detail exact duration. The X60 Pro Ultra's greater battery capacity partially compensates for its higher suction power, which consumes more energy.
Smart Functions
All three robots can overcome simple steps, facilitating passage between rooms with small level changes or access to walk-in showers. None incorporates a robotic arm.
All include their own voice assistant integrated in the robot, in addition to compatibility with Alexa and Google Home. This allows giving orders directly to the robot without needing to use the mobile or external speakers.
Multifunction Cleaning Base
All three bases perform auto-emptying of the dust container, mop washing and drying. Washing is carried out with hot water in all cases, which improves the removal of dirt stuck to the mops. Drying also uses hot air on all three models, speeding up the process and preventing bad odours.
Self-cleaning of the washing tray is present on all. The L50s Pro Ultra and X50 Ultra Blanca specify third generation of this system. The X60 Pro Ultra indicates self-cleaning with hot water without detailing generation.
The X50 Ultra Blanca differentiates itself by including UV disinfection in the base, a function absent on the other two models. This ultraviolet lamp helps eliminate bacteria and germs from the mops after washing.
All three have a detergent tank that is automatically dispensed during mop washing. The dust bag capacity is identical: 3.2 litres. The clean water tanks measure 4.5 litres on the L50s Pro Ultra and X50 Ultra Blanca, whilst the X60 Pro Ultra reduces slightly to 4.2 litres. Dirty water is stored in 4-litre tanks on the first two and 3 litres on the X60 Pro Ultra.
There is an optional plumbing connection kit for all three models, which is purchased separately. None includes this connection integrated from the factory.
Dimensions
The diameter is identical on all three: 350 mm. Height varies considerably and is determining for accessing under furniture. The X60 Pro Ultra measures just 79.5 mm thanks to retractable LiDAR and optimised design. The X50 Ultra Blanca reaches 89 mm, also with retractable LiDAR. The L50s Pro Ultra, with traditional LiDAR turret, reaches 103.8 mm.
This difference of over 24 mm between the L50s Pro Ultra and X60 Pro Ultra can make the difference between accessing or not under sofas, low beds or kitchen units with little clearance from the floor. It's advisable to measure the free height before deciding.
The bases of the L50s Pro Ultra and X50 Ultra Blanca have practically identical dimensions: 340 mm wide, around 590 mm high and about 457 mm deep. The X60 Pro Ultra doesn't specify base measurements.
Real-world usage experience
In large homes, the 6,400 mAh battery of the X50 Ultra Blanca and X60 Pro Ultra offers a clear advantage over the 5,200 mAh of the L50s Pro Ultra. The 180-minute autonomy of the X50 Ultra Blanca allows covering large surfaces without interruptions.
For homes with pets, all three models incorporate dual HyperStream anti-tangle brush and side brush with the same technology. The superior power of the X60 Pro Ultra with 42,000 Pa is more effective for vacuuming hair embedded in carpets or upholstery. The improved obstacle recognition of the X60 Pro Ultra also helps avoid pet toys or feeding bowls.
The hot water mopping of the X60 Pro Ultra makes a difference in kitchens with grease splashes or areas where stuck-on dirt accumulates. The other two models mop with cold water, sufficient for daily maintenance but less effective against difficult stains.
If the home has low furniture, the X60 Pro Ultra with 79.5 mm height accesses spaces inaccessible to the L50s Pro Ultra with 103.8 mm. The X50 Ultra Blanca with 89 mm sits in an intermediate position.
The UV disinfection of the X50 Ultra Blanca provides an extra hygiene benefit in homes with young children, allergy sufferers or special sensitivity to bacteria. The other two models wash and dry the mops with hot water and air, effective but without additional disinfection.
