The Mova P50s Ultra arrives on the market in 2025 as a high-end proposition that combines advanced vacuuming and mopping technologies. With a suction power of 24000 Pa thanks to its Turbo Force 7 system and a third-generation multifunctional base, this robot vacuum aims to position itself as an integral solution for those who need to fully automate household cleaning tasks.
The 24000 Pa power of the Mova P50s Ultra proves more than sufficient for medium-pile carpets and hard floors with ingrained dirt. What really makes the difference is its double anti-tangle hair brush, a system that comes pre-installed and which enormously facilitates life in homes with pets. This design drastically reduces the need to manually untangle hair, something that anyone with dogs or cats at home will appreciate.
The main brush features automatic lifting, as does the side brush, which is also extendable and anti-tangle. This combination allows the robot to adapt its configuration according to the surface: it lifts the brushes when passing over carpets whilst only mopping, and extends the side brush to better sweep corners. In practice, this translates to less manual intervention and more consistent results with each pass.
The mopping system incorporates two rotating mops that spin at 230 RPM with a pressure of 8N, figures that guarantee effective mopping even on stubborn stains. The mops lift up to 10.5 mm, sufficient height to avoid wetting carpets when the unit moves between zones. But where this model particularly excels is in its RoboSwing 3.0 extension system, which allows better reach to edges and performs that characteristic lateral movement to get the mop under low furniture and protrusions.
The multifunctional base washes the mops with water at 80°C during the cleaning process, which effectively eliminates bacteria and dirt residue. Upon completion, it dries them with hot air at 45°C to prevent bad odours. This complete automatic washing and drying cycle makes maintenance practically non-existent. Additionally, the robot detects both dirt on the mops and on the floor, adjusting the number of passes as necessary.
The FlashPulse system combines dual camera with artificial intelligence and front 3D laser sensor, a configuration that allows the Mova P50s Ultra to recognise up to 200 different types of obstacles. It identifies pets, curtains, cables and small objects with remarkable precision, avoiding them without the need to tidy up beforehand. The night vision LED facilitates navigation in dark areas or during cleaning sessions scheduled for the early hours.
The CleanGenius 2.0 technology analyses the dirt level and automatically adjusts the power and cleaning pattern. It recognises specific stains and intensifies mopping in those areas. Furthermore, it allows remote access to the camera from the application, a useful function for monitoring the home or locating pets when you're out.
The 6400 mAh battery provides sufficient autonomy for large homes, although the exact square metreage depends on the cleaning mode used. With its 350 mm diameter and barely 82.5 mm height, this robot vacuum glides under most furniture without problems.
Special mention goes to its ability to overcome obstacles between 42 and 60 mm thanks to the Extra Wheels 2.0 system, something especially useful in houses with thick carpets or pronounced level differences between rooms. The internal dust container has 300 ml and the water tank 80 ml, capacities adjusted to work in conjunction with the multifunctional base.
The third-generation base includes a pre-installed tray self-cleaning system and UV disinfection to guarantee complete hygiene. The tanks are generous: 4 litres for clean water, 3.5 litres for dirty water and a 3.2 litre bag for dust. It also incorporates a detergent tank that dispenses automatically during mop washing.
The base dimensions (420 x 470 x 458 mm) require dedicated space, but in return offers weeks of autonomy without the need to empty tanks or manually clean mops. The robot can leave the mops at the base between cleaning sessions, avoiding dragging them around the house when only vacuuming.
The Mova P50s Ultra proves ideal for medium and large homes with pets, especially if you're looking to completely delegate maintenance thanks to its advanced multifunctional base. Its combination of power, anti-tangle systems and intelligent mopping with hot water make it a solid option within the high-end range of robot vacuums in 2025.
